In addition to our shipping details, we also emphasize the importance of safe and secure packaging to protect your purchases during transit. We take great care in ensuring that your items reach you in the best possible condition.
I will always pack orders securely, to prevent any damage during shipping, however I am not reliable on the handling of Aus Post or breakage during opening. To keep shipping costs consistent, I have decided to use flat rate boxes + parcels. This option works out the best for the cost of shipping such fragile items. To maximize the benefits of the flat rate prices I offer, it's advantageous to purchase in larger quantities per order. Remember, if it fits, it ships!
Where possible, I will reuse packaging materials, such as protective wrapping + such. But don't worry - I will always add a personal touch to your order.

I appreciate your feedback and strive to ensure that the return or exchange process is seamless. I aim to provide clear descriptions and images to accurately represent the condition of each product during listing. Keep in mind that all vintage and antique items are preloved and in various preloved conditions, each with its own unique history - making them imperfectly perfect. Please note that all sales are final when it comes to change of mind. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase due to major improper representation online or missed notable flaws, a future credit will be applied.
